Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Director of Franchise Sales and Development for the Florida region, based in Orlando. The role focuses on prospecting franchise opportunities, negotiating terms, executing agreements, and maintaining relationships with owners and prospects.

You will drive forecasts, report progress to leadership, and support the development team on special projects while travel to the US and Canada remains a core requirement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years experience in business/relationship development.
• Must have demonstrated proven achievement in sales by exceeding quota.
• Travel approximately 80% of time (4 out of 5 days per week). Travel will focus on U.S. lead generation and customer relationship management.
