Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Regional Manager Franchise Operations & Revenue Development to enhance brand value, drive operational excellence and support revenue growth across the West Coast and Southwest regions.

You will consult with owners/operators, conduct performance analyses, deliver improvement plans, and train teams on brand standards. Significant travel (up to 90%) and stakeholder collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.4+ years professional multi-unit hotel operations and revenue generation leadership.
• Dynamic consultative approach adaptable to various learning levels and styles.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication with ability to listen and motivate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-property visits with owners/operators (2x/year).
• Deliver Business Performance 360 reviews and improvement recommendations.
• Conduct property Quality Assurance evaluations and update Improvement Plans.
• Perform monthly courtesy calls to hotels to foster relationships.
• Lead on-property trainings at Townhalls and Brand Conferences on programs and standards.
• Support sales/marketing by market assessments and in-market sales calls.
