Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Franchisee Growth Consultant to lead field execution for Emerging Markets and help Dunkin’ grow in priority markets. The role supports franchisees to strengthen local operations, build demand, and accelerate profitable growth through a high-touch model.

You will partner with Training, Marketing, Development and Analytics to drive annual growth plans, market development, grand openings, and organizational readiness, with up to 60% travel and a minimum of seven years in

Qualifications

• 7+ years in franchising, multi-unit operations, business consulting, training, development or marketing.
• Franchise consulting and restaurant leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead franchisee growth planning and ensure execution.
• Support focus-state initiatives, trade-area strategies, market development plans.
• Partner with Field Marketing on local and hyperlocal store marketing.
• Oversee grand opening requirements for new market entry.
• Support leadership development and organizational readiness.
• Improve operational capability, guest experience, and performance.
• Coordinate with Franchisee, Marketing, and Real Estate.
