Inspire is seeking a Franchisee Growth Consultant to lead expansion efforts for Dunkin' in emerging markets. You will drive annual growth, coordinate with Training, Marketing, Development, and Analytics, and help franchisees build the capabilities to scale operations.

The role emphasizes market readiness, demand creation, and high-touch support to accelerate profitable growth and market maturity across priority states.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Hospitality or related field.
• Strong track record in franchising or multi-unit operations is highly valued.
• Experience in training, development or marketing within franchise systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Franchisee Growth Leadership: Facilitate annual growth planning and translate plans into execution.
• Emerging Market Development: Support focus-state initiatives and market readiness for new unit growth.
• Marketing Activation & Demand Creation: Partner with Field Marketing on local and hyperlocal initiatives.
• Grand Opening Commitments: Ensure all Grand Opening requirements are met for successful entries.
• Training & Organizational Capability: Support leadership development and onboarding.
• Operational Growth Enablement: Improve guest experience and business performance.
• Cross Functional Leadership: Connect Franchisee, Marketing, and Real Estate teams.
