Inspire seeks a Franchisee Growth Consultant to lead expansion efforts for Dunkin’ in Emerging Markets, partnering with franchisees to strengthen local execution, readiness, and demand creation. The role focuses on building scalable capabilities, improving operations, and accelerating profitable growth across priority markets.

The position requires 7+ years in franchising or multi-unit leadership, with strong stakeholder management and willingness to travel up to 60% to support field partners

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Hospitality or related field.

Responsabilités

• Franchisee growth leadership: Facilitate annual growth planning, maintain frequent structured touchpoints, drive accountability, translate growth plans into execution.
• Emerging market development: Support focus-state initiatives, trade-area strategies, market development plans, asset evolution and new unit growth readiness.
• Marketing activation and demand creation: Partner with Field Marketing to develop and execute local and hyperlocal store marketing initiatives.
• Grand opening commitments: Ensure all Grand Opening requirements are met for entry into communities.
• Training and organizational capability: Act as an extension of Field Training and NRO teams, support leadership development and onboarding.
• Operational growth enablement: Improve operational capability, guest experience, ROE progress, throughput and business performance.
• Cross functional leadership: Connect Franchisee, Marketing, & Real Estate to align growth efforts.
