Any Lab Test Now is seeking a Franchise Sales Associate in Alpharetta, GA. This role serves as the first contact for franchise inquiries, qualifying leads, and routing candidates to the Franchise Development Director for the discovery process.

Key duties include managing inquiries via CRM, sharing value propositions, and coordinating the franchise application process while supporting growth objectives. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to engage leads and prospects.
• Personable yet strategic in moving leads to discovery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for senior-level candidates.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively remotely, independently and with a team.
• One or more years of college and/or sales experience.
• Salesforce experience a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming franchise inquiries and manage leads.
• Qualify candidates and review career experience and financials.
• Share value propositions and next steps in discovery process.
• Maintain CRM records and generate reports for management.
• Support trade shows and events planning and coordination.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and achieve quotas.
• Coordinate franchise application and disclosure processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth.
