Job summary

Burn Boot Camp in Cornelius, NC seeks a Director of Franchise Development to own the franchise sales strategy and drive network expansion. You will lead late-stage development activities, validate candidates, review finances, and execute franchise agreements while mentoring the Franchise Sales Specialist.

Health, wellness, or fitness industry experience is highly preferred and a travel-friendly leader is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of franchise sales experience required.
• Proven track record of awarding franchises, exceeding sales goals, and leading sales professionals.
• Health, wellness, fitness industry experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship management abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot (preferred).
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own franchise sales process from qualification handoff through franchise agreement.
• Lead validation calls, territory and financial reviews, and executive discussions to close deals.
• Guide prospective partners through development stages including validation and Territory discussions.
• Collaborate with Franchise Sales Specialist to ensure smooth handoff and consistent candidate experience.
• Maintain accountability for sales goals, KPIs, and pipeline health.
• Mentor the Franchise Sales Specialist and set performance expectations.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Training teams for onboarding.
• Oversee CRM data integrity and pipeline forecasting.
• Represent Burn Boot Camp at expos and events to drive growth.
• Analyze market opportunities and demographics to inform expansion.
