Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual and long-term franchise development strategy.
• Identify priority cities, territories, and markets for expansion.
• Lead end-to-end franchise sales from lead generation to contract signing.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Real Estate, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor development costs, timelines, and profitability thresholds.
