Job summary

Xponential Fitness LLC seeks a Director of Franchise Development to drive growth by identifying, qualifying, and awarding franchise opportunities to high‑quality candidates who align with our culture and long‑term strategy. You will manage the full development process from lead qualification through franchise agreement execution while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in franchise sales.
• 5-7 years of experience in franchise business development.
• Certified Franchise Executive (preferred).
• CRM experience (FranConnect).
• Understand Franchise Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise development goals.
• Manage the complete franchise development process from lead generation through franchise agreement execution.
• Conduct discovery and qualification calls to assess candidate experience, financial capability, and business objectives.
• Present franchise opportunities through virtual meetings, webinars, and one on one consultations.
• Educate candidates on the franchise model, investment requirements, operational expectations, and growth opportunities.
• Guide candidates through the FDD review process while remaining compliant with franchise regulations.
• Prepare candidates for Discovery Day and coordinate participation with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
