Job summary

French Florist is seeking a Director of Franchise Development to accelerate growth in Los Angeles and beyond. Reporting to the Vice President, Franchising, you will shape strategy, drive sales, and build a scalable franchise system in a startup-style environment.

The role requires a proven track record in franchise sales, excellent communication, and ability to travel monthly to Southern CA for Discovery Days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years in franchise development or sales, preferably with emerging franchise experience.
• Proven track record of franchise growth and relationship management.
• Strong understanding of franchise laws and regulations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute franchise growth strategy across markets.
• Drive franchise sales targets and lead conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and partners.
• Represent the brand as a national/ regional ambassador.
