Five Star Franchising is seeking a high-impact Director of Franchise Development to drive national footprint growth. You will own end-to-end franchise recruitment, build broker partnerships, and translate brand stories into signed opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven franchise sales experience with a consultative selling approach and a track record of closing deals.
• Strong prospecting, broker-network development, and relationship-building with external partners.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track metrics and optimize outreach and win rate.
• Storytelling ability to clearly communicate brand value and opportunity to prospects.
• Comfortable collaborating with legal, marketing, and operations to move deals to signature.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive growth of the brand's national footprint through targeted franchise recruitment.
• Build and manage relationships with franchise brokers and consultant networks as a primary lead engine.
• Translate brand strategy into compelling opportunities that attract candidates to signing.
• Guide candidates through discovery, due diligence, and contract negotiation to final signing.
• Collaborate with marketing and executives to shape recruitment campaigns and events.
• Track lead flow and sales activity in HubSpot and optimize outreach cadence.
