Job summary

French Florist in Los Angeles, CA seeks a strategic Director of Franchise Development to lead franchise growth, sales processes, and relationship management. You will drive strategies, manage approvals, and represent the brand at industry events.

The role requires 3–5 years in franchise development, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work across departments in a startup-friendly culture. This hybrid, full-time position includes travel to Southern CA monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in franchise development or sales, preferably with emerging franchise experience.
• Proven track record of successful franchise growth and relationship management.
• Strong understanding of franchise laws and regulations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to travel to Southern CA monthly for Discovery Days

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive franchise development strategies
• Guide prospective franchisees from inquiry through franchise agreements
• Build and nurture relationships with current and prospective franchisees
• Represent French Florist at industry events and conferences to promote opportunities
