Job summary

Purpose Brands is seeking a high-performing Franchise Development Director to drive growth across one or more portfolio brands. You will source, qualify, and close franchise opportunities while shaping Ideal Franchisee Profiles and conducting market mapping with our real estate team.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure onboarding and territory planning. The role demands 5+ years in franchise development, a hunter mentality, and a track record

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in franchise development or related field.
• Proven ability to source, influence, and close franchise agreements.
• Strong hunt mentality and high-conversion pipeline development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple territories and meet development goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a franchise lead outreach strategy to hit annual growth targets.
• Source, qualify, and close new franchise candidates through proactive outreach.
• Create and refine Ideal Franchisee Profiles (IFP) and conduct market mapping with real estate.
• Guide candidates through the full sales lifecycle from outreach to signing.
• Represent the brand at industry events and manage pipeline reporting.
