Zaxby’s Franchising LLC is seeking a Director of Franchise Sales to drive growth by identifying and securing new franchise partners who share our vision. You will build relationships with existing franchisees and prospective partners, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring alignment with our culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with substantial franchise-development exposure.
• 7+ years in franchise development within QSR or restaurant industry.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with track record of closing deals.
• Strong relationship-building and communication across stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Work with existing franchisees to assist development opportunities and coordinate growth requests.
• Drive brand expansion by securing new franchisees and cultivating partnerships.
• Manage candidate communications and move prospects through the decision process.
• Oversee franchise documentation and turnover to administration.
• Build relationships with franchisees to drive measurable results.
• Be primary contact for multi-unit operators and candidates through the sales process.
