Job summary

Zaxby’s Franchising LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the franchisee construction program and strategic growth initiatives. The role requires coordinating with architects, general contractors, engineers, and vendors while ensuring brand standards across projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of QSR construction management experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. This position is on-site in Atlanta, GA with opportunities to influence cost efficiency and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in QSR construction management.
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong forecasting, reporting, and value engineering capabilities.
• Experience with brand standards and construction site oversight.

Responsibilities

• Support franchisee growth in development and openings.
• Communicate with all functions in the development process.
• Report project timelines and budgets with accuracy.
• Lead meetings with GC’s, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Coordinate with opening teams for on-time turnovers and strong openings.
• Track budget vs actuals and prepare punch lists to maintain standards.
• Lead value engineering efforts for cost reduction and efficiency.
