Zaxby’s Franchising LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across the Orlando market. The role requires developing leaders, managing 5 to 8 locations, and driving profitability while upholding SOPs and brand standards.

You will partner with marketing and recruiting to build guest traffic and nurture internal talent pipelines, ensuring strong district performance and sustainable growth in a fast-paced chicken-focused concept.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of multi-unit experience.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation; background check and MVR required.

Responsabilités

• Sets quarterly goals for each management team aligned with strategic plan.
• Develops store level managers through governance and coaching.
• Recruits talent that fits Zaxby’s culture.
• Plans visits and develops leadership pipelines across district stores.
• Conducts store inspections to uphold brand standards and procedures.
