Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and the ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report.
• 3-5 years management experience required; restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the team to create a positive culture and high morale.
• Manage daily restaurant operations focusing on staffing, training, sales growth, and cost control.
• Plan and delegate shifts; ensure board policies and standards are followed.
• Develop action plans to improve profitability and guest experience.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company guidelines.
