Job summary

Crisp & Green is seeking a Franchise Sales Director to identify and bring franchise partners home, expanding our healthy lifestyle brand nationwide. You will recruit, qualify, and award development agreements, guiding candidates from initial talk to Discovery Day and beyond.

Drive growth in designated territories, partner with the Franchise Recruiting Manager on campaigns, and own the CRM pipeline to hit signing targets. Travel and relationship-building are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in franchise development or sales.
• Experience in multi-unit restaurant or food & beverage is a plus.
• Knowledge of FDD and franchise disclosure requirements.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 15–25%.
• CFE designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, qualify, and award single-unit, multi-unit, and area development agreements.
• Guide candidates from initial conversation through Discovery Day to signed agreement.
• Grow assigned territories with new and existing franchise partners.
• Collaborate with Franchise Recruiting Manager on leads, PR, events and campaigns.
• Own the pipeline in the CRM and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual signing goals.
• Represent Crisp & Green at franchise trade shows and industry events.
