Job summary

Crisp & Green is seeking an organized Franchise Recruiting Manager to maintain a full franchise pipeline. You will screen leads, track in the CRM, and coordinate with the Franchise Sales Director while collaborating with an outside PR agency and planning industry events.

The role requires 2–4 years in related recruitment or sales fields, strong communication, and travel up to 15%. Base salary and a full benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in franchise recruitment, franchise development, marketing, or sales.
• Strong project management and organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with a CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Agency experience and a passion for health and wellness are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, screen, and follow up on every franchise lead, passing qualified candidates to our Franchise Sales Director.
• Keep the CRM current and report on lead sources, volume, and conversion.
• Partner with our outside PR agency on press, campaigns, and franchise awareness.
• Plan and run trade shows, Discovery Days, and industry events.
• Build recruitment materials and presentations that reflect our brand.
• Manage recruitment projects from kickoff to close, on time and on budget.

Compensation and benefits

$75,000 annual base salary, plus full benefit package (Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, Pet Insurance and 401(k))
