Job summary

Crisp & Green is seeking a Franchise Recruiting Manager in Minnesota to keep our franchise pipeline full and moving. You’ll recruit and screen candidates, coordinate with the Franchise Sales Director, and maintain relationships with franchise partners and vendors.

This role demands strong project management, organization, and communication skills, with travel up to 15%. A CRM background and experience in marketing or sales are highly valued as we grow our national presence with franchise

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in franchise recruitment, franchise development, marketing, or sales.
• Strong project management and organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with a CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Agency experience and a passion for health and wellness are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, screen, and follow up on every franchise lead, passing qualified candidates to our Franchise Sales Director.
• Keep the CRM current and report on lead sources, volume, and conversion.
• Partner with our outside PR agency on press, campaigns, and franchise awareness.
• Plan and run trade shows, Discovery Days, and industry events.
• Build recruitment materials and presentations that reflect our brand.
• Manage recruitment projects from kickoff to close, on time and on budget.

We're looking for an organized, energetic Franchise Recruiting Manager to keep our franchise pipeline full and moving.

Compensation and benefits

$75,000 annual base salary, plus full benefit package (Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, Pet Insurance and 401(k))
