Job summary

Crisp & Green is seeking a Franchise Sales Director to identify and bring franchise partners home, expanding our healthy lifestyle brand nationwide. You will recruit, qualify, and award development agreements, guiding candidates from initial talk to Discovery Day and beyond.

Drive growth in designated territories, partner with the Franchise Recruiting Manager on campaigns, and own the CRM pipeline to hit signing targets. Travel and relationship-building are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in franchise development or sales.
• Experience in multi-unit restaurant or food & beverage is a plus.
• Knowledge of FDD and franchise disclosure requirements.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 15–25%.
• CFE designation a plus.

Compensation and benefits

$120,000 annual base salary, plus full benefit package (Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, Pet Insurance and 401(k))

Requirements

What you bring

• 3+ years of franchise development or sales experience, ideally with a multi-unit restaurant or food and beverage brand.
• Working knowledge of the FDD and franchise disclosure requirements.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starter who can manage many deals at once with little direction.
• Ability to travel 15-25%.
• CFE designation and a passion for health and wellness are a plus.
