Relentless Brands seeks a Director of Franchise Development to lead our Charlotte, NC headquarters-based franchise growth. This in-person role blends high-impact sales, marketing, and department ownership with ownership over the entire development process.

You will drive demand creation, manage the candidate lifecycle, and build a scalable playbook while collaborating with marketing, operations, and executives to expand two wellness brands.

Formación

• Deep background in sales and marketing with campaign ownership.
• Strong copywriting, communication, and consultative sales skills.
• Experience with franchisor, high-growth brand, or founder-led company is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage timelines and KPIs.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the entire franchise development department from HQ.
• Build and execute top-of-funnel demand creation campaigns.
• Own CRM workflows, automations, and pipelines.
• Develop engaging email nurture sequences and dynamic drip campaigns.
• Partner with franchisees for referrals and validation touchpoints.
• Lead monthly Confirmation Days and track KPIs.
