Job summary

Servpro Industries, LLC is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to support franchisees in the Southeast region. You will deliver coaching in customer service, revenue growth, profitability, management growth, and staff development, documenting activities in Salesforce and coordinating with regional leadership.

The role requires strategic advisory skills, experience as a franchise consultant or owner, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• IICRC, WRT, and ASD training within first year of employment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven franchise consulting experience or successful ownership.
• Ability to travel regularly in Southeast region.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct one-on-one franchise office visits and virtual trainings.
• Coach on customer service, revenue growth, and profitability using KPMs.
• Support annual strategic planning and growth initiatives for franchises.
• Analyze financial metrics and assist with break-even and cashflow planning.
• Mentor owners on leadership, management, and staff development.
