Servpro Industries, LLC is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to support franchisees across the Southeast region. You will deliver coaching on the Five Critical Outcomes, drive growth, and strengthen profitability through targeted training and development.

The role requires extensive travel, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of SERVPRO processes to elevate franchise performance and morale.

Qualifications

• Five years' franchise system consulting or ten years as a business owner.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly at all levels.
• Passion to serve franchisees through consultative skills.
• Ability to present to large groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of SERVPRO Operating System.
• Understanding of SERVPRO Stages of Development.
• Knowledge of financial statements and QuickBooks Online.
• Understanding training venues and programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development to franchisees in the Southeast region.
• Coach on customer service, revenue growth, and profitability using KPM metrics.
• Document activities in Salesforce and report to Regional Director.
• Lead strategic planning with franchises and support growth initiatives.
• Travel throughout the Southeast region as required.
• Assist with onboarding, resales, and territory expansions.
