Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, LLC is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant for the Southeast US. The role focuses on coaching franchisees in customer service, growth, profitability, and staff development, with regular Salesforce documentation and KPI tracking.

You will train, advise, and develop franchisees across the Southeast region, coordinating area meetings and virtual sessions while staying current on SERVPRO standards and technology.

Qualifications

• Five years as a franchise consultant or ten years as a business owner preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to all levels.
• Passion to serve franchisees through consultative skills."

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development sessions across the sub-region.
• Support franchisees to improve customer service, revenue growth and profitability.
• Analyze financial metrics and guide franchise owners to meet targets.
• Prepare visits, conduct meetings, and document activity in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with leadership and provide weekly updates to the regional director.
• Stay current on restoration industry technology and SERVPRO standards.
