Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, LLC is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to support the Southeast region. You will train franchisees in five critical outcomes, coach on performance, and help drive growth and profitability across the network.

This role requires traveling within the Southeast, strong consultative skills, and a solid command of financial analysis and SERVPRO processes. A college degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years as a consultant or ten years as a successful business owner.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion to serve franchisees through consultative skills.
• Ability to present and speak professionally to large groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of the SERVPRO Operating System and development stages.
• Familiarity with financial statements and QuickBooks Online.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast region.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to franchisees in customer service, revenue growth, profitability, management growth, and staff development.
• Deliver training via one-on-one visits, virtual sessions, area meetings, and conference calls; document in Salesforce and track KPIs.
• Assist franchises with financial review, planning, and strategy to improve performance.
• Support onboarding and development of franchise owners and staff.
• Maintain regular communication with Regional Director and provide updates.
