Job summary

Servpro Industries, LLC is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant for the Southeast US to train and advise franchisees in customer service, revenue growth, profitability, and staff development. The role requires on-site visits, coaching sessions, Salesforce documentation, and collaboration with regional leadership to drive franchise performance.

The ideal candidate has a strong consulting background, excellent communication skills, and a passion to serve franchisees.

Qualifications

Minimum five years as a franchise consultant or ten years as a successful business owner.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, verbally and in writing.
Passion to serve franchisees through consultative skills.
Ability to present and speak professionally to large groups.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding of the SERVPRO Operating System and development processes.

Responsibilities

Provide training and development sessions to franchisees in the Five Critical Outcomes.
Document coaching activities in Salesforce and track KPMs.
Support franchisees with area meetings, visits, and conference calls.
Assist with onboarding, resales, and territory expansions.
Maintain regular travel across the Southeast region.
