The role emphasizes collaboration with franchise owners, cross-functional teams, and headquarters to implement SERVPRO standards and expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Five years as a franchise consultant OR ten years as a successful business owner
• Excellent verbal and written communication underpins all stakeholder interactions
• Passion to Serve franchisees through consultative skills and coaching
• Ability to present and speak professionally to large groups
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of SERVPRO Operating System and Stages of Development
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and general business practices
• Ability to mentor and train franchise owners and their staff
• Willingness to travel regularly to support regional operations

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete visits and training sessions across the sub-region
• Coach for improvement by monitoring franchise performance and KPMs
• Provide strategic guidance on growth, marketing and service line development
• Analyze financial metrics and advise on profitability targets
• Support owners with leadership and staff development
• Document activities in Salesforce and maintain records
• Stay current on cleaning and restoration best practices
• Facilitate meetings and gather feedback from franchisees
