Job summary

UPS is seeking a Franchise Consultant to support its UPS Store franchisees across a designated territory. You will guide franchisees on marketing, sales growth, pricing strategies, financial reporting, and operations to drive revenue and performance.

You will evaluate franchisee performance, coach teams, and coordinate trainings, renewals, ownership transfers, relocations, and new store projects. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in related fields are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Restaurant or Retail Operations, Franchising, Business Consulting, or a related field.
• Retail support experience and financial literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides franchisees with guidance on marketing, sales growth, pricing, financial reporting and operations to achieve growth objectives.
• Conducts evaluations and analyses to assess center and franchisee performance; trains franchisees to use financial benchmarks and tools.
• Plans and coordinates franchise renewals, ownership transfers, relocations, and new store buildouts; leads convention-style meetings to share best practices.
