Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Restaurant or Retail Operations, Franchising, Business Consulting, or a related field.
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to analyze financial benchmarks and performance metrics.
• Willingness to travel as required and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide franchisees with guidance on marketing, sales growth, pricing, financial reporting, and operations to reach growth objectives.
• Conduct regular evaluations and coaching to improve franchisee performance using financial benchmarks and TUPSS tools.
• Serve as main contact between TUPSS Campus, UPS, vendors, and franchisees with timely support.
• Identify operational and financial issues impacting franchisee success and ensure adherence to standards.
• Coordinate training timelines and drive adoption of best practices across territories.
• Plan and conduct regular convention-style network meetings with regional teams and vendors.
• Share best practices for merchandising, local marketing, and franchise management to increase revenue.
• Develop skills through on-site training, conventions, and industry events.
