Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Franchise Operations, Franchise Consultant (FC) to support franchisees within a designated territory, from Orange County to LA County and beyond, expanding to Downey/Cerritos/Garden Grove/Buena Park/Whittier, CA.

They develop quarterly and annual business plans, including sales, marketing, and financial goals, and drive action plans. You will conduct quarterly store evaluations to ensure brand standards and provide training, coaching, and

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of franchise structures and profitability implications.
• Ability to analyze financial benchmarks and use tools for performance.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Independent work style with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on marketing, sales growth, pricing, financial reporting and operations to franchisees.
• Regularly evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities with training for franchisees.
• Serve as main contact between franchisees, support campus, vendors and regional teams.
• Identify operational/financial issues and ensure adherence to policies and brand standards.
• Maintain ongoing communication to monitor progress and ensure timely training completion.
• Support franchise transfers, relocations, new buildouts, remodels and renewals.
• Plan and run convention-style network meetings with regional teams and vendors.
• Share best practices for operations, merchandising, local marketing and revenue growth.
• Develop professional skills via on-site training, conventions and industry events.
