Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Restaurant or Retail Operations, Franchising, or business consulting.

Responsabilités

• Provide franchisees with guidance on marketing, sales growth, pricing, financial reporting and operations.
• Conduct evaluations and analyses to assess performance and identify improvements.
• Train and coach franchisees in using financial benchmarks and TUPSS tools to optimize performance.
• Act as the main contact between TUPSS Solution + Support Campus, UPS, vendors, area franchisees, and franchisees.
• Address operational and financial issues impacting franchisee success and ensure timely support.
• Coordinate ownership transfers, relocations, new store buildouts, remodels, and renewals.
• Plan convention-style networking meetings to educate, set direction and share best practices.
