Job summary

The UPS Store, Inc. (TUPSS) is seeking a Franchise Consultant to support franchisees across a New York City area. You will guide marketing, sales growth, financial planning, and operations to help franchisees meet growth objectives.

You’ll conduct evaluations, train and coach franchisees, plan convention-style meetings, and coordinate with regional teams to manage ownership transfers, relocations, remodels, and renewals, traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Understands franchise structures and relationships, franchise products and services, and their impact on corporate profitability.
• Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing and able to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides franchisees with guidance on marketing, sales growth, pricing, financial reporting, and operations to achieve growth objectives.
• Conducts regular evaluations and analysis to assess center and franchisee performance and trains franchisees in using financial benchmarks.
• Acts as main contact between TUPSS Solution + Support Campus, UPS, vendors, and franchisees, ensuring timely support and follow-up.
• Addresses operational and financial issues impacting franchisee success and ensures adherence to policies and brand standards.
• Plans and conducts convention-style network meetings and coordinates with regional teams and vendors to share best practices.
