Job summary

The role requires commute within Downtown Chicago, travel as needed, and independent project management. Competitive compensation includes a base range plus 10% bonus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide franchisees with guidance on marketing, sales growth, pricing, financial reporting, and operations to reach growth goals.
• Regularly evaluate center and franchisee performance and train on financial benchmarks and tools.
• Serve as main liaison between TUPSS campuses, UPS, vendors, and franchisees with timely support.
• Identify and address operational and financial issues affecting franchisee success.
• Maintain ongoing communication to monitor progress and training completion.
• Coordinate timelines for ownership transfers, relocations, and store projects.
• Plan network meetings with regional teams and vendors.
• Share best practices for operations, merchandising, local marketing, and revenue growth.
• Support franchise transitions, renewals, and new store openings.
