Job summary

The UPS Store, Inc. is seeking a Franchise Consultant to support franchisees across a defined California territory, driving growth and performance. You will coach on marketing, pricing, and operations while monitoring progress and ensuring timely training.

The role involves collaboration with TUPSS Solution + Support Campus, vendors, and area franchisees, with travel as required to sites and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in restaurant or retail operations, franchising, or business consulting.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to analyze financial data and benchmark performance.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide franchisees with guidance on marketing, sales growth, pricing, and operations.
• Evaluate center and franchisee performance for improvement.
• Train franchisees to use financial benchmarks and TUPSS resources.
• Act as liaison between franchisees and internal corporate teams.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and brand standards.
