Job summary

CRISP & GREEN is seeking experienced Franchise Sales Consultants to identify, qualify, and guide prospective franchise candidates through the sales process. This fully remote opportunity offers uncapped earning potential for proven hunters in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

As a representative of the brand, you will educate candidates on the business model, assess fit, and help build our national franchise network while complying with franchise laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Franchise sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience selling investments while upholding franchise laws.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to discuss investment requirements.
• Ability to assess candidate fit beyond closing every lead.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience using franchise CRM software; FranConnect preferred.
• Professional presentation skills via phone, Zoom, and in person.
• Knowledge of Franchise Disclosure Documents and disclosure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Generate new franchise leads through networking, referrals, business development, and personal prospecting.
• Respond to inbound franchise inquiries within the same business day.
• Conduct introductory qualification calls and approved franchise opportunity presentations, secure completed franchise applications, and guide qualified candidates through each stage of the development process.
• Educate candidates on the franchise opportunity and ownership requirements.
• Manage candidates through the franchise sales process from initial inquiry through signing, partnering with franchise development leadership during candidate advancement, Discovery Day and final closing.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and pipeline updates.
• Coordinate candidate transition calls, Discovery Days and executive introductions in partnership with franchise development leadership.
• Present the franchise opportunity professionally while complying with all franchise regulations and disclosure requirements.
• Following Discovery Day, coordinate the collection of required documents and assist in compiling complete candidate packages for legal review and franchise agreement preparation.
• Build relationships with franchise consultants, lenders, and referral partners.
• Attend franchise expos, networking events, and industry conferences as needed.
• Meet established lead generation, qualification, and franchise development goals.
