Job summary

Primrose School Franchising seeks a Franchise Business Consultant to advise and support Franchise Owners through a consultative approach, helping them achieve strategic goals and deliver premier early education across the Primrose network.

You will build trust with school leaders, analyze performance metrics, guide enrollment growth, and partner with regional teams to uphold brand standards and exceptional service. Travel up to 80% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ multi-unit management experience.
• Experience with franchising and early childcare.
• Knowledge of State and National Accreditation and Licensing rules preferred.
• Proven track record of driving performance and results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; able to navigate conflicts and autonomous projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support Franchise Owners to reach strategic goals and deliver premier early education.
• Build consultative relationships with Franchise Owners and school leaders to foster trust and accountability.
• Provide holistic support across enrollment, marketing, business management, education and operations.
• Analyze school performance metrics and develop actionable growth plans.
• Lead strategic planning and goal-setting conversations with Franchise Owners.
• Coach leaders on enrollment growth, financial management, curriculum implementation and staff development.
• Document strengths and opportunities through QA and Service Excellence activities.
• Serve as first contact for operational challenges and regulatory guidance.
• Collaborate with regional teams and external partners to deliver integrated support.
