Job summary

Stratus Building Solutions is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to foster trusted relationships with Unit Franchise Owners and current and potential clients. With comprehensive training and strong support, you will coach franchisees toward successful business ownership and growth.

You will collaborate with internal teams, stay abreast of industry trends, and drive seamless transitions between franchise partners. Occasional after-hours work and limited travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with G-Suite Workspace, HubSpot, LinkedIn.
• Ability to navigate the internet and various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with Stratus clientele and franchisees.
• Address and resolve client complaints.
• Conduct quality audits to maintain high service standards.
• Facilitate the startup of services for new clients.
• Manage transfers of service between franchisees.
• Quote and sell one-time services to existing clients.
• Train new franchisees.
• Conduct quarterly meetings with franchisees.
• Build long-term partnerships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
