Job summary

Stratus Building Solutions seeks a Franchise Business Consultant to develop trusted relationships with Unit Franchise Owners and current/potential clientele. With strong support and ongoing growth opportunities, you will coach franchisees toward successful business ownership.

You will work with internal teams to present Stratus’s comprehensive solutions, and you may travel occasionally to support account transfers and training. Join a leading green cleaning brand driving positive change.

Qualifications

• Familiar with G-Suite Workspace, HubSpot, or LinkedIn.
• Ability to navigate the internet across platforms.
• Bilingual capabilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with Stratus clientele and franchisees.
• Address and resolve client issues and complaints.
• Conduct quality audits to uphold service standards.
• Facilitate onboarding of new clients and transfers between franchisees.
• Quote and sell services to existing clients and manage follow-ups.
• Train new franchisees and conduct periodic review meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and deliver solutions.

Job Summary

As a Franchise Business Consultant for the #1 Commercial Cleaning company in the US, your primary goal will be to develop trusted relationships with our Unit Franchise Owners as well as our current and potential Clientele. With extensive training, strong support teams, and continual opportunities for growth, our Franchise Business Consultants develop the skills to coach and develop our Franchisees into successful business owners.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with both Stratus clientele and franchisees.
• Address and resolve client complaints.
• Conduct quality audits to maintain high service standards.
• Facilitate the startup of services for new clients.
• Manage transfers of service between franchisees.
• Quote and sell one-time services to existing clients.
• Train new franchisees.
• Conduct quarterly meetings with franchisees.
• Build and maintain consultative relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships
• Stay up to date on industry and market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify innovative business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Franchise Business Consultants, Office Managers, and the Regional Director to learn about the client's needs, position Stratus’ comprehensive solutions, and deliver a seamless transition of trust with the operational partner – the Franchise Owner
• Be a part of a culture that values innovation, agility, and teamwork
• Some nights and weekends based on need for account transfers and training of franchisees.
• Little to no overnight travel required.
