Job summary

Inspire Brands, Inc. is seeking a Franchise Development Manager to grow our portfolio across the United States.

You will lead the franchise sales process, from lead generation to candidate qualification, matching developers with opportunities, and navigating approvals with internal partners. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of franchise development or sales experience (four+ years preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years franchise development or sales experience.
• 4+ years’ experience in franchise industry preferred.
• Multi-brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Territory management and development of opportunities.
• Source and qualify potential franchisees and advance through approval processes.
• Navigate development processes and franchise documents.
• Negotiate deals and coordinate internal resources to close opportunities.
• Collaborate across Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, etc., with timely updates.
• Maintain accurate administration to support the process.
