Job summary

United Defense Tactical is seeking an Enrollment Coach & Franchise Training Specialist to drive launch success and growth for franchise locations across the country. This hybrid role combines sales excellence, team training, and on-site leadership to help new locations open strong and scale quickly.

You will travel nationwide to work hands-on with owners and their sales teams, implementing enrollment systems, driving revenue, and building high-performing cultures.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales experience
• Leadership or managerial experience (training, coaching, or leading a team)
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills
• Willingness to travel nationwide
• Available to work weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Travel to franchise locations nationwide to support new store openings and ongoing performance.
• Train, coach, and develop franchise sales teams on enrollment strategies and systems.
• Lead by example by actively participating in sales efforts and best practices.
• Help implement and optimize sales processes, scripts, and KPIs across locations.
• Ensure each location meets or exceeds enrollment and revenue targets.
• Provide on-site support during critical launch periods, including weekends.
• Evaluate team performance and deliver actionable feedback to franchise owners and leadership.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to refine training programs and improve systems.
• Maintain accurate reporting and communication on location performance and opportunities.
