Formación

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in membership-based or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with customers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with prospective members, understand goals, and recommend suitable options.
• Conduct tours, consultations, and enrollment presentations.
• Follow up with leads via calls, texts, emails, and in-person visits.
• Meet or exceed enrollment and sales targets consistently.
• Educate members on training programs, benefits, and services.
