Job summary

United Franchise Group is seeking a Business Advisor to coach franchise owners, launch new locations, and drive local growth across our expanding automotive customization network. You will work directly with owners, providing guidance on operations, marketing, training, and business development while ensuring adherence to brand standards.

This is a travel-intensive, field-based role. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys traveling to support franchisees, and works

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or university; or an AA/AS from two-year college; or 1–3 years related experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; scheduling and POS software a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, franchise support, training, consulting, or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; travel up to 50–75% as required.

Responsibilities

• Support new franchise launches with in-store setup, marketing activations, and operational readiness.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and business guidance to franchise owners.
• Assist franchisees with sales strategies, networking, and local business development.
• Train franchise owners on operational systems, processes, and brand standards.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve performance.
