Home Franchise Concepts in Texas seeks a Regional Operations Manager to boost sales, profitability, and franchisee performance through data-driven coaching and strategic support. You’ll partner with leadership, deliver performance insights, and help franchisees meet brand standards while expanding growth and profitability across a network of 2,400+ territories.

This remote role requires travel and close collaboration with owners and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience supporting coaching or managing franchise operations.
• Franchise operations or business consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with financial statements and CRM platforms.
• Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) or coaching certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics including revenue growth, profit margins, and operational efficiency.
• Identify profitability levels and implement strategies to drive top-line revenue and reduce costs.
• Consult with owners to understand financial statements and develop yearly budgets.
• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of franchisees and build trust-based relationships.
• Support franchisee onboarding, training, and adoption of systems and tools.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and provide guidance.
• Develop content and facilitate regional meetings and trainings.
