Job summary

D2B is seeking an Appointment Setter to handle inbound franchise enquiries, provide introductory franchise information, and connect qualified prospects with our leadership team. You will manage leads from digital marketing campaigns, franchise platforms, and direct web inquiries, guiding candidates toward in-depth strategy calls with our Sales and Franchise Managers.

Fluent English communications, strong organizational skills, and experience with CRMs and calendar tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting or inside sales.
• Proven ability to qualify leads and move them through pipeline.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound franchise enquiries and connect prospects with leadership.
• Engage leads, conduct discovery discussions, and share franchise information.
• Schedule qualified prospects for strategy calls with Sales/Franchise Manager.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and calendars; ensure timezone accuracy.
