D2B is seeking an experienced Account Manager for a fully remote role, handling client relationships across Australia and New Zealand. You will be the primary contact, coordinating with recruitment, operations, payroll and compliance to deliver exceptional service, drive retention, and identify growth opportunities.

Strong English communication and AU/NZ client experience are essential for success. This remote role offers a competitive PHP salary and a flexible schedule, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Account Management, Client Success, or similar client-facing role
• Experience supporting Australian and/or New Zealand clients
• Strong ability to manage expectations, escalations and long-term relationships
• Experience with account retention, renewals, upselling and growth opportunities
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across Australia and New Zealand
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely communication and support
• Understand client requirements, business objectives, and workforce needs to provide appropriate solutions
• Monitor account health, client satisfaction, and engagement to identify risks and opportunities
• Proactively manage client concerns, escalations, and service-related issues to ensure timely resolution
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, cross-selling and expanding relationships
• Conduct regular client check-ins, business reviews, and account performance discussions
• Coordinate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, payroll, compliance) to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate client records and activity reports using CRM systems
• Support client onboarding and transition from sales to account management
• Monitor client retention and address cancellations or disengagement
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service aligned with expectations and business objectives
