Job summary

The Michaels in Southgate, MI is seeking a Store Framing Lead to coach a team of framers and drive custom framing sales. You will partner with the Store Manager to plan workloads, ensure on-time delivery of framing solutions, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to deliver high-quality custom framing on time.
• Develop and implement framing solutions in partnership with Store Manager.
• Achieve KPIs and manage team performance.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Maintain SOPs, safety, and inventory processes.
