Responsibilities

• Lead and coach framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Manage SOP compliance, store policies and safety programs.
• Oversee inventory control, shrink and truck unloading.
• Act as Manager on Duty and partner with MODs.
