Michaels MSP - MINNEAPOLIS/THE QUARRY store seeks a dynamic leader to head a framing team and drive custom framing sales. You will focus on building strong customer relationships and delivering high-quality framing solutions tailored to each artwork.

You will manage SOP adherence, collaborate with the Store Manager on workload planning, and mentor team members while acting as Manager on Duty. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required; benefits include employee discounts and 401(k) matching.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing plans.
• Manage SOPs and store policies, ensuring compliance and high store standards.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to meet KPI targets and ensure on-time delivery of framing projects.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and participate in Talent Development and coaching of new team members.
• Engage with customers, assist with Omni channel processes, and promote a positive store environment.
