Job summary

Michaels Stores in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Store Lead - Framing to guide a team that builds strong customer relationships while delivering custom framing solutions. You will coach framers, manage workload with the Store Manager, and drive sales through high-quality framing services.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, inventory and shrink control, participating in interview/onboarding, and acting as Manager on Duty as needed while upholding Michaels' commitment to service

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers focusing on customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and ensure on-time delivery of framing projects.
• Assist customers in creating framing solutions for their art.
• Manage workload with Store Manager and plan workload to meet KPI targets.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and safety programs; participate in interviewing and onboarding.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and uphold company policies and standards.
